We take payments only in Indian currency that is Indian rupees apart from the optional tours where you can pay directly to the guide or tour leader in the local currency.
Customers can book our tour and deposit the required amount through our secure online payment gateway. For private group tours we accept payment through bank cheque also.
Generally we keep our customers in deluxe hotels but in some cases and for some tours the accommodation standard may vary depending upon the place.
If you want to extend your stay before or after the tour please inform us during the time of booking. We will arrange for your hotel stay , airport transfer as well as will suggest some optional tours as well. Prices will be implied accordingly.
Generally one baggage and one hand baggage is allowed per customer in the tour. There may be restrictions for the luggage dimension and weight for some tours. You will receive these details after the cooking of the tour.
It depends from tour to tour. Generally customers can purchase a tour as advance as 90 days from the date of beginning the tour.
After booking the tour an acknowledgment email will come to the email id given in the booking. Within 48 to 72 hours of the booking you will receive the booking confirmation email.
Our each and every tour mentions about the departure dates of the tour. If a particular date is red in colour or not showing or the system is not accepting the booking on that particular then the customers should assume that particular date is not available for further booking and the booking is full. Customers can write an email us then requesting for that particular date so that we can alert them once the date is available.
All our tours start from a specific point at a specific time please follow the detailed itinerary for these details. Free time or free day are provided on certain days of the tour where the Customers can explore the places on their own or can opt for the optional excursions.

Most of our tours are group tours. But we can arrange private tours as well as. Please email the details to info@travelkook.com . Private group tours can also be arranged if the group consists of atleast 20 or more persons.
Meals are included in the tour as mentioned in the itinerary. Please follow the specific tour itinerary for the details.
For some tours children aged between 0-4 years are free and for some children aged till 6 years are not charged anything. Children aged between 4 to 12 years get 50% discount on the tour price for some cases where as for others children aged between 7 to 11 years get 70 % discount and will share parents room with separate bed. All the above criteria varies from tour to tour as as mentioned earlier in some tours Children are not allowed before 10 years and no discount are given as well.
No the package does not include international flights . But we can arrange your flight tickets if required. Please inform us during booking the tour.
No the package does not include visa . But we can help in processing the visa if required. Please inform us during booking the tour.
The entire tour package price is based on twin sharing basis. The rooms may be twin room or double room but in most cases they are twin rooms. If travelling together in even numbers we try to accommodate the clients in double rooms or twin rooms. If travelling together in odd numbers we generally provide double rooms or twin rooms and in this case the other members of the team share the room with another person of the same gender. Single room can be requested and additionally supplement should be paid. We can provide Triple rooms on request but it cannot be guaranteed on every tours.
Some of our tours do not allow children below 10 years of age. Please follow specific tour criteria for it.
